Usage Guidelines

By purchasing and downloading this commercial clipart bundle, you agree to the following terms:

✔️ Permitted Uses:

• You may use the clipart elements for personal and commercial projects.
• Clipart must be combined with other design elements such as text, backgrounds, or additional clipart to create a new and original flattened design before selling.
• Allowed products include:
  • Print-on-demand (POD) items (e.g., shirts, mugs, stickers, tote bags, etc.)
  • Digital printable products (e.g., invitations, planner pages, digital papers, etc.)
  • Marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, business branding, advertisements, etc.)

❌ Prohibited Uses:

• You may NOT sell, share, or redistribute the clipart in its original form or as individual elements.
• You may NOT claim the clipart as your own or use it for trademarked designs without modification.
• You may NOT create and sell digital clipart, digital stickers, or similar standalone design elements using the clipart from this bundle.
• You may NOT upload the clipart to AI-generating or reselling platforms (e.g., stock image sites, AI training datasets).
• You may NOT use the clipart in obscene, defamatory, or harmful content.

Annual License Requirement for Transfers

• If you intend to sell physical transfers (e.g., DTF, sublimation, screen print transfers) using any clipart elements from The Knotty Mama, you MUST purchase an annual commercial license separately.

Copyright & Ownership

• The copyright remains with The Knotty Mama.
• This purchase does not grant you ownership of the clipart, only a license for limited commercial use as outlined in these terms.

Violation of Terms

Failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of your license, and legal action may be taken to protect intellectual property rights.
