Custom Hat Patch

CUSTOM PATCH INSTRUCTIONS: 

- Engraved patch turnaround time is 3-5 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. 

- Colored items will not engrave. All designs need to be solid black. Linework needs to be like that of a coloring sheet. If you fail to provide the correct image, your custom patch will be refunded without warning. If you need help designing a file for engraving, please e-mail us at customerservice@theknottymama.com for a custom quote per design. 

- When uploading a custom size, files need to be 3” wide at 300DPI for the best quality engraving. 

- Intricate designs may not engrave well. Refunds will not be given for low quality images or intricate designs that are provided by the customer. Patch size is 3”x2”.

- The patches come with a sticky adhesive backing but do require additional glue such as Fabric Fuse or E6000 glue to apply. If you have access to a heat press, you can stick them under the heat press with no heat after applying to ensure an even bond between the adhesive and material fibers.

- All custom sales are final.
